01
Call and book
You call (844) 796-4282 or book online. We ask what the system is doing, how old it is, and whether it is blowing warm or not running at all. That tells us what parts to load on the truck. You get a two-hour arrival window, and we text when the tech is on the way.
02
Full system diagnosis
The tech starts at the thermostat, then moves to the air handler and condenser. Manifold gauges go on the service ports, a multimeter checks the capacitor and contactor, and we inspect the evaporator coil and air filter. Most diagnoses take 30 to 45 minutes, and you get the findings in plain English.
03
Upfront repair quote
We tell you what failed, what it costs to fix, and what happens if you wait. You approve the price before any work starts. If the repair does not make financial sense against a replacement, we say so, but we never push a new system when a $200 part solves the problem.
04
Repair and recharge
We make the repair on the spot whenever the part is on the truck. For refrigerant work, we recover, evacuate with a vacuum pump, and recharge to the manufacturer's spec by weight. A capacitor swap takes 30 minutes; a compressor replacement runs three to five hours.
05
Test and walkthrough
We run the system through a full cooling cycle, check the temperature split across the evaporator coil, and confirm the thermostat is holding setpoint. Before we leave, we show you what failed, what we replaced, and how to keep it from happening again. You get a written summary of the work.
